nicht immer sind alle produkte stets und in grosser menge an lager bei den lieferanten. finden solche überschneidungen statt wird der betrag zügig zurückerstattet. normalerweise bestellt pchc.ch immer montag- und mittwochmorgen bei den lieferanten und in diesem fall wurde die überbuchung vor dem nächsten bestelltag gemeldet, sodass man sich raschmöglichst neu orientieren kann. alle kann man nicht zufriedenstellen - das ist heute so und war schon zu beginn von pchc.ch vor 25 jahren so.

so nicht korrekt: bei einem lieferanten wurden viele artikel mit der gleichen EAN geführt und somit gab es automatisch falsche preise / falsche verfügbarkeiten. dass da korrigierend eingegriffen werden muss scheint klar zu sein... der betrag wurde nach feststellen des umstandes direkt wieder zurückvergütet. "lockvogelangebote" oder ähnliches gibt es keine, da daraus nur aufwand entsteht und gründe/nutzen für solche praktiken gibt es ebenfalls nicht.

thanks for the input. unfortunately, the process mentioned in THREE places (viewable BEFORE the order) was not observed... your order was from 09.02.2023 and therefore the article was also ordered from the supplier on the next possible order date, 13.02.2023.

the availability was agreed with "shipping in approx. 3-4 working days" after the day we ordered from the supplier = the handover to the post office took place on 02/17/2023 and the throughput time could therefore be met. Yes, I really can't afford my own warehouse for the more than 150,000 items in the shop and I have to buy/order the items from the suppliers first - hence the corresponding process.
