Great prices, assortments but very long delivery times

While the store has a great assortment and very competitive prices the downside is that you could have to wait weeks and weeks (in my case close to 90 days) to get your order delivered with no indication on the website of any delivery estimation if the item is on stock at the supplier

The web site will have only the status 'paid' and that's it. Other competitors make it clear using multiple status updates : ordered from supplier, shipped from supplier , estimated delivery 30 days, etc

After 30 days and no proactive communication I honestly started to wonder if this was a scam (but trusted their presence on toppreise)

Every time I was contacting the store (I get the feeling is a small company so all reply come from the owner) the reply was almost always to be delivered next week , instead no delivery/communication for 2 weeks and when I was yet again sending a new email..same reply next week etc

Anyway finally got my order and the status changed to 'shipped'

Ich muss meine Bewertung vom 25. Januar korrigieren : inzwischen habe ich das Gerät doch erhalten. Es sei zunächst irrtümlich an eine andere Adresse geschickt worden, war die Begründung für die Verzögerung. Es scheint ihm doch sehr peinlich zu sein, denn er gab noch einige Goodies mit ins Packet. Ich habe das Pixel 8 Pro auf Malware geprüft und es ist ok. Jetzt bin ich happy.
Ich habe die Bestellabwicklung als ungenügend bewertet, weil meine Auftragsübersicht mir keinen Hinweis dazu liefert, ob der Händler aktuell über das Gerät verfügt oder es noch anderswo beschafft wird und auch wann die Bestellung voraussichtlich versandt wird.
Ich habe Service und Support als ungenügend bewertet, weil zwei von zwei Anfragen unbeantwortet blieben, was mich persönlich sehr verunsichert hat.
Wenn ich genau weiss, was ich will und es hier wieder 20 % (!) günstiger finde als bei der Konkurrenz, dann werde ich es wieder hier bestellen.

Preis top, Lieferung erst nach 2-maliger Nachfrage, dann aber per Post-Express
