Abbiamo ordinato da Ackermann perché è una ditta svizzera, visto che si parla tanto di invasione del mercato da parte di colossi esteri! Abbiamo ordinato l’articolo il 28.8.24 perché era garantita una fornitura entro 1/3 giorni lavorativi, non abbiamo più avuto notizie ed oggi ci confermano che l’articolo arriverà il 26.9.24….quindi un mese…l’articolo non ci serve più! Contattato subito il servizio clienti, ci è stato detto che l’ordinazione non è più cancellabile! Dobbiamo aspettare il pacco e rispedirlo gratuitamente, dobbiamo però occuparci di portarlo alla posta, visto che il pacco è grande e pesante, vuol dire prendere l’automobile, pagare il posteggio….
Sconsiglio vivamente Ackermann

Absolute Frechheit. Sie stornieren unbegründet Produkte, stellen den falschen Betrag in Rechnung und es interessiert niemanden. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Produkte werden alle in einzelnen Paketen versendet. Werde nie wieder dort bestellen.
