Nie mehr! In Bezug auf Lieferfristen wird man bei dieser Firma angelogen, dass die Schwarten krachen. Der Kundendienst verwirrt mehr als dass er hilft. Und bei Anfragen per Mail wird der Kunde zugedeckt mit riesigen Texten, die leider null Aussage machen . ausserdem wird man für blöd hingestell, für mich hat diese Firma erledigt.

After I ordered my PC case during the Black Friday week, it got cheaper next day. I tried to contact Conrad about price difference refund, but no one replied on 2 of my emails. Delivery was also very long (but that's expected due to BF).

Die Lieferung wurde Ihnen am 3. Arbeitstag nach der Bestellung zugestellt, also sogar schneller, als Sie bestellt hatten.

Falsches Artikel gesandt(Belüfter ohne Sensor.Mit Sensor bestellt und bezahlt)
Auskunftsperson kannte genaue Bezeichnung nicht und wies auf Bosch zu!
Retour Gutschein hätte gedruckt sein müssen. Ich war unterwegs ohne Drucker!
Und obendrein kam nie eine Entschuldigung!
