Ich habe einen Samsung TV bestellt und dieser wurde viel zu spät geliefert, trotz Angabe von Lieferfrist 2-4 Tage wurde er erst ca. nach 14 Tagen und mehreren Reklamationen geliefert.
Endlich angekommen, liess sich der TV nicht auf eine andere Sprache als italienisch einrichten und man konnte ihn nicht mal aufsetzen da der TV gemerkt hat, das er sich in der Schweiz befindet und ausschliesslich für Italien zugelassen ist.
Der ganze Prozess mit dem Support von Dein Deal ist äusserst mühsam und zeitaufwendig und die sind nicht bereit irgendwo entgegen zu kommen für Ihren Fehler - für meinen riesen Aufwand - sehr enttäuchend!

Am 10.06.23 Bestellt.
Voraussichtliches Versandtermin 14./15.6.23
Bis heute 20.06.23 nichts bekommen, nicht mal eine Mail zur Versandverzögerung. Bestellung Storniert.
Bei den Newslettern alle abbestellt, bekomme jedoch immer noch Mails von DeinDeal. Ich finde den Shop unseriös und empfehle ihn auch nicht weiter. Ich bestelle auch nie wieder dort

Bestellte am 2.5.2023 den Emerio XXL Sandwichtoaster. Keine grosse Sache, aber erhalten habe ich einen ziemlich ekligen, alten, verschmutzten mit einem defekten Deckel. Ich rate jedem besser woanders zu bestellen. Werde "das eklige Teil" zurücksenden und über paypal meine Zahlung stoppen.
