Service/Support + Lieferung nur 'genügend', da der nicht vorhandene Lagerbestand
mir nicht mitgeteilt wurde und dies erst beim Besuch im Geschäft in Chur durch die
Verkäuferin 'intern abgeklärt' und dann sehr prompt erledigt wurde!

Ich hatte die Bestellung wegen nicht mehr nützlicher Lieferfrist per Mail abbestellt. Paket zu spät und ohne Möglichkeit durch Versandpartner DPD trotzdem abgestellt worden ohne Unterschrift. Erreichbarkeit und Kundenservice, bei beiden..leider nein.

Lieferung Bestätigung kam erst nach 10 Tagen dass mein Paket unterwegs sein soll
obwohl bei der Bestellung lieferbar in 3 bis 5 Tagen erwähnt worden ist.
Email werden nicht beantwortet.
Stattdessen wurde in der Zwischzeit wurden zum selben Preis noch Speicherkarten, Tasche und Statv verschenkt
Ich hoffe dass bei der Lieferung die Geschenke ebenfalls dabei sind sonst erhalten Sie diese innert 2 Tagen zurück zur Gutschrift mit Garantie.
Dann wäre es meine letzte Beschreibung gewesen bei Fust!!
