Commande effectuée le 4.04 livraison prévue entre 4 et 7 jrs , arrivé a l’échéance on m’informe que leur fournisseur a eu un retard je dois encore attendre plus , j’ai demandé un geste commercial car j’ai eu des pertes en temps et financement, douche froide on m’informe que Fust n’est pas responsable des délais de livraison .

Nous sommes désolés que vous ayez dû attendre si longtemps la livraison de votre commande. L'incident que vous décrivez ne correspond effectivement pas au service que vous êtes en droit d'attendre d'une entreprise orientée vers la clientèle comme Fust.
Un changement de date communiqué à court terme par notre fournisseur est responsable du retard de livraison de votre article. Dès que nous aurons reçu votre commande, nous vous l'enverrons immédiatement.
Il est toujours dans notre intérêt de réduire au maximum les délais d'attente. Dans certains cas isolés, des difficultés de livraison et des interruptions dans les entreprises de production internationales peuvent rendre difficile le respect des délais de livraison. En cas de nouveaux reports de délais, vous serez dans tous les cas informés par voie électronique.

Nachdem beim öffnen ein Fehler bei meinem Laptop gefunden wurde und ich diesen noch am gleichen Tag im Shop vorbei bringen musste (kann passieren garnicht weiter schlim) wurde ich sehr gut aufgenommen und es wurde sofort nach einer unkomplizierten und schnellen lösung gesucht. UNKOMPLIZIERT ist das zauberwort das in vielen Geschäften zu wenig achtung bekommt aber in der heutigen Zeit wo alles einfach und schnell gehen muss sehr wichtig für uns als Konsumenten ist. Aber auch für die Geschäfte wichtig ist, den so kommt der Gast gerne wieder.
Danke dafür, ich bin sehr zufrieden.
