Do not recommend, Fust charged me CHF 350 and never delivered the product

Have ordered Kitchenaid set in August. Prepaid by card, the only delivery option was a pick up in the shop. Fust put the order on hold, then marked order as completed although never releasing it for pick-up.

Online customer service did not resolve the case since August, phone line redirects to the shop which does not pick up.

Gerne würde ich das Produkt besser bewerten. Leider ist der Artikel nie bei mir angekommen. Trotz sofortiger Meldung an Fust habe ich bis heute nichts gehört. Shopbewertung und Garantieschein sind bei mir eingetroffen. Der Artikel leider nicht. Das finde ich nicht besonders Kundenfreundlich.

Am Wochenende bestellt und gleich gemerkt, dass ich einen Fehlkauf gemacht habe. Doch der Shop bietet keine Annullation, man muss dies per Email oder Telefon machen. Beides habe ich natürlich gemacht. Doch selbst das Email blieb bis um 14 Uhr liegen, so dass die Bestellung schon weg war. Per Telefon war schon vorher die Antwort, dass dies nicht gehe.
Ich kann nur sagen, dass Fust für mich nicht ein bevorzugter Händler ist, auch weil das Sortiment mich nur selten anspricht. Preise sind meist etwas höher als in anderen Onlineshops, doch es zeigt sich, dass der Service deswegen nicht höher wäre. Ab und zu ein Schnäppchen gemacht.
