Habe das Ding direkt bestellt zur Abholung in der Filiale, da anscheinend direkt verfügbar. Bin dann ins Auto und musste dort mit bedauern feststellen, dass dies wohl ein Systemfehler sei. 4-5 Tage später musste ich dann erneut hinfahren.
Produkt aber top und zum niedrigsten Preis gegenüber anderen Onlinestores

Bei der Bestellung hat die Zahlung einige Male nicht geklapt, mit keiner Zahlungsart.
Beim Abholen wurde mir das Telefon einfach ausgehändigt, ohne Kontrolle von Ausweis, Bestellung o.ä. Da ich die Bestellung schon bezahlt hatte, war das nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend, da hätte wohl irgendwer meine Bestellung abholen können.

Ich bin mit dem Produkt sehr zufrieden. Qualitativ sehr hochwertig.
Enttäuscht bin ich darüber, dass ich ein Ausstellungsmodell erhalten habe ohne Preisreduktion.
Ein Ausstellungsmodell ohne Originalverpackung zum vollen Preis zu verkaufen ist ein absolutes No go.
Daher sehr enttäuscht von Fust.
Personal sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

proposer un article qui n'est pas en stock et en plus un délais de livraison pas respecté, c'est pas cool
heureusement que nous avons été avisé d'un nouveau délai de livraison, car je suis retourné sur le web pour rechercher un article équivalant et annuler la commende

1. Web-Buchung: Nach der Auswahl (für Selbstabholung) der nahen Filiale (und "Übernehmen") bleibt unklar, wie der Vorgang weiter gehen soll.
2. Dann nach einigem Probieren weiter über "Warenkorb" bleibt aber die Überschrift über der Box "Paket-Versand" !! , was FALSCH ist, denn es soll eben das NICHT passieren.
3. Die digitale Bestätigung enthielt eine UNVOLLSTÄNDIGE Rechnung, es fehlt der Posten "Garantie-Verlängerung" (in dem Fall 2 Jahre für 11 CHF für die BOSCH Filterkaffeemaschine.

Ich habe den Artikel bei fust bestellt und der Versand war schnell. aber Artikel war defekt. Am nächsten Tag bringe ich es zur Reparatur in die Werkstatt zurück und muss nun sechs Wochen warten. Nach einer Woche war ich im Laden, um zu sehen, was los ist. Sie sagten mir, dass der Artikel gerade erst eingetroffen sei. nach einer Woche? Ich bin enttäuscht.

Bestellung steht sofort Abholbereit. Musste aber 5 arbeitstage warten bis der Kühlschrank in die Filiale geliefert wurde.
Falls Sie etwas dringend brauchen kann ich Fust nicht weiter empfehlen.

Bon prix pour un iPhone en promo.
Vente en ligne bonne.
Dommage que Fust travaille avec DPD.
Le changement d’adresse de réception n’as pas été prise en compte et j’ai retrouvé le colis défoncé et ouvert. Il n’y avait aussi aucune protection de l’article commandé dans le paquet.
Tout fini bien puisque l’appareil était toujours dedans mais sans papiers retour ou facture.
C’est pas la première fois que j’ai des soucis avec DPD. Et jamais avec la poste.
Ps je ne comprends pas ce que veut dire gamme dans l’évaluation?

Shop ist nicht schlecht, Preise meist seht gut. Wenn aber etwas nicht an Lager ist, würde ich Fust nicht empfehlen. Meist kommt es mit massiver Verspätung an. Ungenügend ist der Informationsfluss, Lieferung kommt nicht, es gibt keine Infos und Liefertermin bleibt beim alten Datum.
