Ich habe online bestellt und den Artikel in eine Filiale meiner Wahl schicken lassen. Das Sortiment ist super und auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Abholung in der Filiale in 4900 Langenthal, Di. 24.9. 10 h, eine Frechheit. Ein einziger Mitarbeiter im Laden, dieser telefonierte 15 min. mit seiner Versicherung und ich stand daneben. Dann hat er mich beschuldigt, ich hätte Ihre Benachrichtigung, dass die Ware abholbereit ist, falsch verstanden, weil er den Artikel nicht finden konnte. Zum Schluss habe ich ihn dann doch noch erhalten. Manche Mitarbeiter sind auf ihrem Arbeitsplatz einfach falsch aufgehoben.
Nie wieder so, dann lasse ich mir die Ware lieber schicken.

Es geht um eine Pfanne;
Ende Februar bestellt, wurde Ende September geliefert.
Das nervige daran war, dass alle paar Wochen ein neuer Liefertermin mitgeteilt wurde der dann wieder nicht eingehalten wurde , das war echt ein Witz!
Panne endlich angekommen hat sie eine Delle. Echt ins Klo gegriffen.
Fust bei dem ich bestellt habe kann hier vermutlich nicht mal viel dafür aber ist hier nun mal mein Liferant und kann ich somit nicht loben, sorry.

Der von Ihnen geschilderte Vorfall entspricht in der Tat nicht dem Service, welchen Sie von einer kundenorientierten Unternehmung, wie Fust zu Recht erwarten dürfen.

Es ist stets in unserem Interesse, die Wartezeiten möglichst gering zu halten. In vereinzelten Fällen können Lieferengpässe und Unterbrechungen bei internationalen Produktionsbetrieben die Einhaltung von Lieferterminen erschweren.
