Waited for a week to get an email that my order is ready for pick up even though in the website it was showing that the product was available while ordering. I would expect faster delivery to the Fust shop where I chose to pick it up.

Es wurde versprichen, bis Dienstag zu liefern. Heute ist Donnerstag, die Ware ist nicht da. Am Dienstag kam email mit der Anforderung die Adresse zu präzisieren (obwohl ich die genaue Abgabe des Hauses bei der Bestellung gemacht hatte). Ich hab nochmals die Adresse genau abgegeben. Es kam email, dass es am nächsten Tag geliefert wird. Nichts ist angekommen. Heute habe ich aktiv angerufen, und es stellte sich heraus, dass die von mir angegebene Adresse im System immer noch ohne Hausnummer stand (trotz Adresseänderungsbestätigung email von DPD). ich hoffe dass es noch irgendwann klappt. Sorry, so eine scjlechte Lieferubg hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Es hieß laut Online-Shop das noch 1 Gefriertruhe vorrätig ist in Feuerthalen. Gleich bestellt, angerufen. Dann hat sich heraus gestellt das Ausstellungsmodel das nicht verkauft werden darf. Also gut, 2 Wochen gewartet bis die Mail kam das Gefriertruhe da. Ich habe eine halne Stunde pro Weg nach Feuerthalen. Mitarbeiter holt die Ware aus dem Lager, ich gehe damit auf den Parkplatz und habe mir gedacht die Gefriertruhe hat aber eine komisch Form, Masse, und öffne, zum Glück, den Karton bevor ich es ins Auto eingeladen habe. Siehe da: Falsches Model. Dann sehe ich auch groß auf dem Karton aussen die andere Modellnummer. Es kann doch nicht so schwierig sein zwischen 690 und 2040 zu unterscheiden. Zum Glück nicht erst Zuhause aufgemacht, sonst wieder hin und her fahren.

Ich habe einen Slow Juicer von Hurom (H310a) gekauft (online). Bestellung und Lieferung waren auch reibungslos. Vielen Dank dafür. Allerdings sind sowohl die beigefügten Gebrauchsanleitung, eine Hidden Tag Anleitung und auch das Rezeptebuch in Griechisch. Ausserdem ist der beigefügte Stecker ein Schuko Stecker und somit natürlich nicht für die Schweizer Steckdosen passend. Gar nicht gut. Die Gebrauchsanleitung habe ich mir mittlerweile online runtergeladen. Aber das Rezepte-Buch und die Hidden Tag Anleitung hätte ich schon gerne in Deutsch. Auf meine zweimaligen Kontaktversuche (online Kontaktformulare) habe ich immer noch keine Antwort erhalten. Ich kaufe ein teures Gerät und dann sind die Komponenten nicht für den Schweizer Markt passend und die Kontaktbearbeitung dauert... Über den Service bin ich sehr enttäuscht.

Le service après vente de Villeneuve expérimenté à plusieurs reprises.
Un accueil hors du commun, on trouve les pièces de rechange, ce n'est pas toujours facile, vraiment parfait.
Un bon SAV avec de bons collaborateurs c'est vraiment précieux lorsque le marché est aussi ouvert.

Lieferung katastrophal… DPD hat nicht einmal geklingelt!
2 Tage darauf gewartet! Geschenk kam dann leider zu spät.
