Trotz online-Bestellung konnte der Artikel erst nach mehreren Tagen im Laden abeholt werden. Eine schnellere Verfügbarkeit ist wünschenswert. Die Lieferkosten sind zu hoch. Darum Abholung im Laden vorgezogen. Der Service und Support ist bis jetzt nicht benützt worden, daher keine Bewertung.

Horrible expérience client - le produit est chère face à la concurrence - j’ai passé commande le 11/09 avec livraison (payante) pour le lendemain on est le 14 j’ai toujours rien - j’appelle le SAV on me renvoi chez le prestataire de livraison DPD car Fust ne peux plus rien faire une fois que c envoyé - résultat hier le livreur DPD n’a « pas réussi à trouver mon adresse » j’habite Montreux pas dans une grotte - le colis repart au centre DPD et n’est pas récupérer au centre de retraits le 17/09 j’ai 7 jours pour récupérer ce colis sauf que le 16 je pars pour 10j en vacances!
Donc maintenant ce colis j’aimerai que vous le récupérer et que l’on me rembourse cet achat inutile

Mélange désagréable de communications en allemand et en français.
Personnel insuffisant au magasin de Lausanne (une seule personne, accaparée par une interminable communication téléphonique. Dû attendre un quart d'heure pour retirer ma commande alors que j’´avais un train à prendre ( je n’habite pas Lausanne et y viens rarement)
