Habe ein Dampfgerät von Kärcher gekauft in der CH Ausführung! Leider war am Gerät nur ein Adapter mit CH Stecker. Da hätte ich es auch mehr als Fr. 100.00 günstiger kaufen können und den Stecker selber wechseln. Ich war der Meinung, dass ich wirklich eine schweizer Version erhalte!!!

Bon article.
Dommage, lorsque j'ai demandé au magasin si il y avait un cordon raccordé sur le four on m'a répondu oui, il y en à un.
Mais non à la prise en charge au magasin pas de cordon ,donc démontage de l'emballage et voir sur le bornier comment se raccorde le cordon du four que j'ai du acheter moi-même.

Als vor ca. 2 Jahren die zwei älteren Herren (pensioniert ?)noch bei Fust Megastor Schönbühl angestellt waren, war die Bedienung eindeutig besser und das Sortiment (Entkalker, Filter etc) praktisch immer auf Lager. Auch der Kaffee Teatro war immer vorhanden. Als ich vor ca. 3 Wochen diesen Teatro kaufen wollte, im Gestell gähnende Leere (vorhanden 2-3 Pakete der Wiener und Espressomischung. Auf Frage, wann ist der Kaffee wieder erhältlich, Antwort Freitag, nix Freitag und auch die darauf kommenden Wochen nichts.

Grundsätzlich bin ich mit Fust immer sehr zu frieden gewesen.
Jetzt hab ich mir ein Kitchen Aid KSM 125 Set bestellt
und stellte fest der Spritzschutz fehlt... geh auf Fust Online sehe die Bilder da ist ganz klar der Spritzschutz dabei, so jetzt klar kann man sagen ist nur mein Fehler weil man sollte ja immer das klein Gedruckte lesen dort war der natürlich nicht aufgelistet.
Sorry Fust aber dann wirbt bitte nicht mit Bildern die nicht der Beschreibung entsprechen das ist bewusste Irreführung.

Die Online Bestellung funktionierte super. Jedoch die Abholung in der Filiale war Katastrophe. Wurde geduzt, es standen 3 Mitarbeiter im Laden und keiner hatte richtig Lust zu arbeiten. Lange warte Zeit da dises Gerät zuerst nicht gefunden wurde. Werde diese Filiale im Mythencenter nicht mehr besuchen.
