Alles ist eigentlich nach meinem Wunsch verlaufen. Etwas irritiert hat mich aber schon, dass ich erst aufgrund meiner Nachfrage erfahren habe, dass bei einem Betrag von CHF 99.95 bei Fust keine Coop-Superpunkte gegeben werden.

J'ai reçu une information me disant que mon colis était à retirer entre mardi matin et jeudi. Je me présente à 15h. Le vendeur commence par me dire que mon colis n'est pas arrivé. et me dit "vous avez une confirmation de la livraison" que je confirme. Alors il dit :"Ah, peut-être que c'est dans la palette arrivée à midi, mais elle n'est pas déballée, faut repasser. Et je me suis fâchée, je fais 25km pour venir, je ne viendrai pas deux fois. Alors le vendeur est allé voir et a rapporté le colis moins de cinq minutes plus tard ! C'est une service correct ça ???

Der Kühlschrank ist gut und heil angekommen! Er gefällt mir sehr gut, kann in jetzt gut gebrauchen ! Es ist auch toll das sie mit paycard Monatsrechnungen dabei seit, einfach super! Je suis venu chercher ma commande trois fois, et la troisième fois que j’ai pu le récupérer.
Assistante aux services sont très sec la même chose avec service clients au téléphone.
J’ai vécu une Mauvais expérience cette fois avec Fust .

Je suis satisfait du prix qui n'est pas forcément moins cher mais aligné sur la concurrence. Je suis en revanche tres déçu par les délais de livraison et le manque d'informations. J'ai reçu l'ordinateur 10 jours après le délai annoncé. Même si les délais sont indiqué à titre indicatif comme Fust aime le rappeler, je trouve dommage le manque d'informations, j'aurais apprécié un mail ou autre pour m'informer du retard au niveau de la livraison. Il a fallu au contraire que ce soit moi qui contacte plusieurs fois Fust pour avoir des informations sur ma commande.
