Aspiratore da 720 Fr. Con spina non compatibile in Svizzera. Sono andato ad una filiale FUST esponendo il problema e non hanno voluto/potuto darmi un adattatore poiché l aspirapolvere l ho comprarta online. L unica cosa che potevano fare era ordinarmi un adattatore e farmelo consegnare a casa ma così avrei dovuto aspettare ancora tre giorni. Alla fine l ho comprato e pagato io. Ma perché non ne consegnate uno direttamente con l ordine come fanno altre ditte?

Bestelltes Gerät wurde ohne korrektes Netzkabel geliefert, so dass es in der Schweiz nicht betrieben werden kann. Support konnte bis jetzt (4 Wochen) noch kein neues Kabel oder Adapter liefern.

J'ai commandé un gaufrier. Malheureusement, celui-ci n'était pas disponible et il y avait une rupture de stock. Le problème est que je n'ai pas été averti de ce fait. Quand j'ai demandé au service d'assistance, la réponse a été rapide. Le reste était bon.
