Bei der Lieferung wurde meine Ware sehr Beschädigt. Es sieht sogar danach aus, dass jemand versucht hat die Schachtel zu öffnen. Wo kann ich mich melden um eine Entschädigung zu erhalten? Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Produkt, dass ein grosser Sammelwert hat und ich die Absicht hatte diese originalverpackt aufzuberwaren. In diesem Zustand hat sich der Wert um einiges vermindert.

Mit dem Shop bin ich sehr zufrieden.
Leider muss ich aber der Fustgruppe eine grosse Enttäuschung melden. Am 3. Mai habe ich das Gerät bestellt, am 10. Mai habe ich es abgeholt und am 11. Mai bekomme ich einen Gutschein für Fr. 10.00, der das Ablaufdatum vom 3. Mai hat. Krummer kann es kaum sein?.

Commande effectuée et réglée le 5 mai 2023 et entrée de commande confirmée par email de Fust pour une livraison en succursale.
Mais, 6 jours plus tard, aucune nouvelle, la succursale renvoie à Fust et sur le site Fust, la consultation des détails de la commande donne comme résultat: "Aucune commande trouvée".
Consultée par téléphone, la helpline Fust informe qu'il n'ont aucune trace de sortie du produit de l'entrepôt.
Je crains que "Fust, ça ne fonctionne pas". Le Dipl.Ing.Fust doit être à la retraite.
