Einfach schwach. Bei der bestellung für abholung in der filiale stand sofort verfügbar. Als ich am montag in die filiale ging war es nicht da. Am donnerstag bekam ich eine mail, dass es abholbereit in der filiale ist, war natürlich nicht da. In der zentrale hiess es es sei momentan nicht lieferbar. Auch der transfer von einer in die andere filiale geht laut support nicht. Bei interdiscount und mediamarkt ist dies möglich innert 2 tagen. Also fazit zu fust schlecht, unorganisiert, nicht kundenorientiert.

Made an order for Apple mini on the web site on 07.12 with a scheduled pickup in the store between 20.12 and 31.12. Waited. No chance to make any updates from the personal of the shop. On the 31.12 shop personnel said that they can see the next delivery on 03.01. Nothing, no updates in the order on the website - still shows the initial dates. Sent several E-mails., was contacted on 06.01 with a delay until 09.01,
Believe those reported short delays prevented me from cancelling the order and buying from other sellers in 3 days time as this article is available now by some competitors.
Today was contacted again - delivery postponed till 22.01. Just read in another comment that it is their practice ( one case they postponed 9 times and three months).
Meanwhile Fust during the delay period was offering again the same article on the toppreise website with a delivery time earlier than forecasted to me. So believe that Fust tries to make bigger preorders by setting attractive price but payout the discounted price in comparison to other authorized Apple resellers (who are offering now the article with an immediate pick-up) by funding other operations.
