Trotz online-Bestellung konnte der Artikel erst nach mehreren Tagen im Laden abeholt werden. Eine schnellere Verfügbarkeit ist wünschenswert. Die Lieferkosten sind zu hoch. Darum Abholung im Laden vorgezogen. Der Service und Support ist bis jetzt nicht benützt worden, daher keine Bewertung.

Alles ist eigentlich nach meinem Wunsch verlaufen. Etwas irritiert hat mich aber schon, dass ich erst aufgrund meiner Nachfrage erfahren habe, dass bei einem Betrag von CHF 99.95 bei Fust keine Coop-Superpunkte gegeben werden.

Lieferung ins Geschäft und Beratung war super. Leider kein Original-Ersatzfilter. Passt nicht perfekt auf den Dyson V12 slim. Mit etwas drücken und reinzwingen geht er aber. Bin gespannt, wie lange der Filter hält.
