After several small orders have arrived quickly, cheaply and effectively, I am ready to rate the company perfectly. They are filling the gap left by several recent closures in the Swiss online electronics market and offers us an alternative to Digitec-Galaxus who is proving to be big, often unreliable with delivery times and not always the best price.

Guter Shop, gute Preise.
Bisher alles so wie es sein sollte, auch die Qualität der Ware stimmt.

ABER: in unserer Region wird mit DPD ausgeliefert. Eine Schande:
immer wieder werden die Pakete an die falsche Adresse geliefert
oder einfach irgendwo abgelegt.

Habe Foletti Computer gebeten nicht mehr mit DPD zu versenden.
Wurde ignoriert! Konstant ignoriert bei den letzten Bestellungen...

Monitor bestellt, der mit "5 Stk versandbereit ab externem EU-Lager" angegeben war, Lieferung innerhalb von 1 - 2 Wochen. Bezahlt und sofort die Meldung erhalten, dass ich nicht mehr stornieren kann. Dann nichts mehr gehört, nach 1.5 Wochen mal eine E-Mail geschrieben, was der Status ist, und jetzt fast 2 Wochen nach Bestellung eine automatische E-Mail erhalten, dass Bestellung storniert wurde, weil nicht verfügbar. Keine weiteren Angaben oder ein "Entschuldigung", nichts. Warum braucht man 2 Wochen, um das herauszufinden? Enttäuschend.
