einige produkte hier bestellt, zeit für eine bewertzung: sehr lange lieferzeiten. ich habe parallel ware aus china bestellt, die ware aus china war schneller bei mir, mehrere produkte. 5min nach der bestellung keine stornierung mehr möglich, da der prozess von foletti automatisch den status ändert, und sagt die ware sei am lager bereits verarbeitet worden, ein riesen witz und grenzt an betrug, weils nicht stimmt.

- Support quasi inexistent; beantwortet Fragen nur ungenügend falls man überhaupt eine Antwort bekommt. So ist immer noch nicht klar ob die bestellten Artikel kompatibel sind oder nicht (derselbe Artikel wird mit verschiedenen Bestellnummern gelistet)
- kein Rückgaberecht gemäss AGB obschon es ein gesetzliches Rückgaberecht gibt (immer wieder erstaunlich wie unverfrohren sich gewisse Händler meinen über das Gesetz stellen zu können)
- sämtliche bestellten HDs waren geöffnet und neu "versiegelt", man weiss also nicht ob man wirklich neue HDs bekommt oder gebrauchte oder manipulierte... Bis heute konnte mir der Händler nicht plausibel erklären wieso er ein Produkt, das exfactory Versiegelt ist, öffnen "musste".
- auf meine Bitte mir originalversiegelte HDs zu senden, wurde einfach gar nicht mehr reagiert
- entgegen Angabe auf Homepage dauerte die Lieferfrist über eine Woche
- MwSt. wird falsch berechnet (für Lebensmittel wird entgegen den gesetzlichen Vorgaben der volle Satz berechnet)
- Preise auf Toppreise.ch teilweise anderns als auf der Homepage des Händlers selbst

1) Fragen werden vor dem Kauf gestellt und nicht danach, auch weil es kein Rückgaberecht gibt.
2) Die verkauften Festplatten sind zu 100 Prozent neu und werden vor dem Versand fotografiert, um Betrug mit gebrauchten Produkten zu vermeiden, und dann der Transportversicherung als Transportschaden gemeldet. Wir haben das Video des Verfahrens und Fotos, falls uns jemand verleumden will. Und das tun Betrüger in der Regel, sobald sie enttarnt sind, so funktioniert das heute.
