ma commande devait arriver entre le 6 et le 18 décembre. Nous sommes le 6 janvier et je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles. La boutique est injoignable au téléphone et je n'ai eu aucune réponse à mes mails. J'accepte que la commande soit en retard mais qu'on me tienne au moins au courant.

Habe schon einiges bestellt in diesem Shop und bin sehr zufrieden. Lieferzeit kann etwas länger dauern, als bei anderen Shops, dafür ist der Preis immer einiges günstiger.
Bei Problemen wird sehr rasch ragiert und geholfen.

Le produit devait être livré avant Noël, il ne l'a toujours pas été le 27 décembre. Ce n'est peut-être pas directement la faute de FC (Foletti Computer), mais l'entreprise est néanmoins responsables des partenaires de livraison qu'elle choisit (en l'occurrence DPD, notoirement une catastrophe récurrente). Il n'y a en outre pas eu moyen de contacter FC, car l'entreprise est fermée durant les fêtes (de même que DPD)...

Nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément.
Malheureusement, le 24 décembre, les livraisons sont toujours limitées et il peut arriver qu'elles n'arrivent pas à temps. Chaque année, c'est la même chose, il y a toujours un client qui se retrouve sans marchandise. Nous avons également reçu des colis aujourd'hui le 30.12. au lieu du 24.12.
