La protection dans le carton d'envoi était trop légère : un minuscule bout de papier qui ne servait à rien. Le carton intérieur qui contenait mon tout nouveau téléphone se "baladait" et tapait partout. Vu le prix de l'appareil et la technologie fragile, il aurait fallu mieux protéger.

Das Angebot, Die Preisgestaltung der Produkte, keine Versandkosten sind bei Foletti sehr gut.
Die Lieferzeit des bestellten Gerätes dauerte mehrere Tage obschon bei der Bestellung der Status „auf Lager“ gekennzeichnet war. Aber alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Verarbeitung und Lieferung.

11 Tage Lieferfrist ist ok wenn man den Preis beachtet. Kommt mit EU Stecker und einem Adapter. Gibt dann ein recht grosses Steckerteil.

Sehr fairer Preis und zeitgemässe Zahlungsmöglichkeiten. Online-Shop ist etwas altmodisch, aber funktioniert ansonsten sehr gut.
Lieferung der Ware kann je nach Verfügbarkeit etwas dauern, aber sonst gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen!

Alles okay. Das Einzige das evtl. negativ zu bemerken ist, ist die realtiv lange Lieferzeit. Die in der Bestellbestätigung angegebene etwas lange Lieferzeit wurde aber eingehalten. In meinem Fall kein Problem. Es muss ja nicht immer alles am nächsten Tag geliefert werden!
