Wie hier auch schon geschrieben wurde: Foletti liefert einfach nicht! Was bringt da ein grosses Sortiment und gute Preise? Die Schuld wird dann auf den Lieferanten abgeschoben und nach einem Monat die Bestellung storniert.. werde da sicher nie mehr was bestellen.

Bestellung am 9.12. getätigt, mit angezeigtem Lieferdatum vor dem 24.12. im Shop. Einen Tag später kommt eine Mail, dass die Lieferung erst nach Weihnachten erfolgt. Rückgabe oder Stornierung ausgeschlossen, obwohl die Ware laut Mail explizit noch nicht verschickt wurde.

Die Daten sind nicht ein Vorschlag, sie sind eine Lieferfrist.

Es ist unerhört, Bewertungen wie diese zu lesen, nur zu gehen und lesen Sie die Auftragsbestätigung, die genau das Gegenteil sagt.

Das ist üble Nachrede.

Eine einfache Stornierung einer Bestellung wenige Minuten nach der Bestellung ist bei allen anderen Online Händlern kein Problem. Bei Foletti schreibt man Kundenorientierung und Service ganz klein. Hier ist das, geschuldet dem allgemeinen Geschäftsgebaren der Firma, schlicht nicht möglich Da helfen auch mehrere Anrufe und E-mails nicht weiter. Man stellt sich komplett stur und dann taub. Warnung vor diesem Shop!

Ich rate von diesem Anbieter dringend ab!

Die Preise und das Sortiment scheinen unschlagbar - aber die günstigen Preise sind nur ein Lockvogel-Angebot und nachdem man Wochen hingehalten wird, wird die Bestellung einfach einseitig storniert.

Foletti ist häufig bei den günstigsten Anbietern dabei, macht aber falsche Versprechen mit Scheinangeboten und kommt dann seinen Verpflichtungen nicht nach. Sehr ärgerlich, v.a. wenn man dadurch ein anderes, seriöses Angebot verpasst!

Kaufvertrag nicht erfüllt.

Bei Foletti kann man direkt nach der Bestellung nicht mehr stornieren.

Foletti kann jedoch die Bestellung ohne Begründung nach 3 Wochen Wartezeit einfach per Mail stornieren. Kaufvertrag?

Sowas habe ich während wahrscheinlich mehreren hundert Onlinebestellungen nicht erlebt. Da war meine Erfahrung mit Temu und Aliexpress sogar besser.

Lernt aus meinem Fehler.
