Wie hier auch schon geschrieben wurde: Foletti liefert einfach nicht! Was bringt da ein grosses Sortiment und gute Preise? Die Schuld wird dann auf den Lieferanten abgeschoben und nach einem Monat die Bestellung storniert.. werde da sicher nie mehr was bestellen.

Habe meine Bestellung 279724 am 11.12.2023 abgegeben aber die Lieferung kommt erst 2 Woche später. Was soll das? Ich habe angerufen und nach eine Stornierung verlängt aber das wurde abgelehnt. Das verstehe ich nicht denn die Ware wurde noch nicht verschickt somit ist eine Storno möglich. Das ist eine Abzockerei.

Am 26.11.2023 bestellt, laufend informiert, dass der Artikel am 13.-14.12.2023 geliefert wird. Am 07.12.2023 vom Lieferant einfach mit der Begründung EOL, dass der Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. Bei allen anderen Shops verfügbar (siehe toppreise Artikel 21177280000430). Ich vermute verkalkuliert, einfach unschön.

Bestellung am 9.12. getätigt, mit angezeigtem Lieferdatum vor dem 24.12. im Shop. Einen Tag später kommt eine Mail, dass die Lieferung erst nach Weihnachten erfolgt. Rückgabe oder Stornierung ausgeschlossen, obwohl die Ware laut Mail explizit noch nicht verschickt wurde.

Sie haben 5 Produkte bestellt. 4 Produkte mit einer Lieferfrist, die auf dem Produkt 14.12 - 27.12. steht.
Die Daten sind nicht ein Vorschlag, sie sind eine Lieferfrist.

Es ist unerhört, Bewertungen wie diese zu lesen, nur zu gehen und lesen Sie die Auftragsbestätigung, die genau das Gegenteil sagt.

Das ist üble Nachrede.
