Die Shop-Webseite hat - wenn viele Unterkategorien vorhanden sind - selbst auf einem 27"-Bildschirm in der Höhe keinen Platz und scrollt nicht mit nach oben.

Sortiment kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich einen speziellen Artikel (via Toppreise) direkt gefunden und bestellt hatte.

Meine zweite Bestellung bei Foletti Computer. Das Paket war auch diesmal innerhalb der angegebenen Frist bei mir und der Inhalt war korrekt.
Man muss sich halt damit abfinden, dass es keine Rückgabemöglichkeit gibt, was aber auch klar kommuniziert wird. Hier muss wohl jeder selber entscheiden, was ihm wichtiger ist: guter Service oder guter Preis. Guter Service kostet auch und diese Kosten bilden sich dann im Kaufpreis ab.

Natürlich können wir durch die Abschaffung des Rückgaberechts bessere Preise erzielen, aber das Wichtigste ist, dass man sich vor dem Kauf über das Produkt informiert und nicht danach.

Gekauft ein Mobiltelefon.
Bestellung war Okay, wie bei allen anderen und die Bestellbestätigung kam prompt.
Nur der Liefertermin würde mir mit ende Monat angegeben was für mich sehr spät war.....
Versuchte den Kundendienst telefonisch zu erreichen, aber da nur die elektronische Ansage auf Italienisch ist und ich ungenügend die Sprache beherrsche, habe ich ein E-Mail geschrieben dass ich eine kürzere Lieferzeit brauche.
Es wurde dann 10 Tage früher geliefert als angegeben. Aber die E-Mails waren beinahe nicht lesbar in der Sprache da alles ohne abstände geschrieben wurde...
Man spürte aber, dass dieser Shop sich mühe gibt um den Kundenbedürfnissen zu entsprechen, aber optimierungsbedarf hat nach oben noch Luft.
