Neues Notebook war nach 6 Wochen defekt. Zu Heiniger vor 6 Wochen eingeschickt, seitdem warte ich. Keine Kommunikation von Heiniger. Ich habe mehrere Mal nachgefragt, die einzige Antwort ist, sie hätten keinen Einfluss auf Reparaturen des Herstellers. Eine Notebook Reparatur dauert nicht 6 Wochen. Der Kundendienst könnte mir auch einen Ersatz anbieten. Nichts!

Ich habe bei Heiniger AG folgendes bestellt: Wacom Intuos Pro S Stifttablett

Nach zwei Tagen habe ich nachgefragt, wo das Teil bleibt. Am Telefon erhielt ich folgende Aussage: "Ja, das sind KEINE Live-Daten, das muss erst bestellt werden" hahaha

==> Dann schreiben Sie nicht so einen Unsinn in die Bestellungsübersicht rein: Sofort lieferbar ab Niederbipp und innerhalb von 1-2 Werktagen !!!! ?
==> Alles nur Fake, damit die Kunden bestellen. NIE WIEDER ?.
