Leider ist die Abwicklung für Ware die man zurückschicken möchte weil Mann sie nicht benötigt absolut Kunden unfreundlich. Wichtig man muss die AGB intensiv lesen.
Retournieren nicht möglich. Sehr schade in der Heutigen Zeit. Werde diesen Shop meiden und jedem davon abraten dort zu bestellen.

da pchc.ch kein eigenes warenlager der über 300'000 artikel unterhält werden alle artikel immer genau nur für die jeweilige kundenbestellung bei den lieferanten eingekauft. ein nachträglicher "sinneswandel" hinsichtlich kauf ist so nicht machbar... normalerweise sollte auch nur das gekauft werden, was man auch wirklich benötigt...
