nanu? sie sind effektiv der meinung, dass alle artikel immer und jederzeit in grosser menge bei allen lieferanten verfügbar sind? das ist natürlich bei weitem nicht so! es gibt, solche gerüchte sind im umlauf, auch artikel, welche bei den lieferanten aufgrund aktionen etc. ausverkauft werden können und dies rascher, als pchc.ch seinen nächsten bestellzeitpunkt bei den lieferanten nutzen kann. wie sie schreiben habe ich schon nach 1h reagiert und den betrag sogleich wieder zurückerstattet - gut, nicht? oder hätte ich mehrere tage warten sollen, bis eine entsprechende mitteilung raus geht? wäre das besser gewesen?... dass immer gleich gejammert wird auch wenn man so rasch reagiert wie vom "kunden" beschrieben...
