Ende November Bestellt, Ende Dezember angeblich versandt. Es ist Mitte Februar....die Reifen sind nicht eingetroffen.. Kundenservice antwortet nicht :( bin sehr enttäuscht..mein Auto steht über 2 Monaten!!!!!

Am 04.01.2024 habe ich bei Reifendirekt.ch (Delticom AG) für CHF 1026.40 vier Winterreifen bestellt und bezahlt, die angeblich auf Lager waren. Die Reifen sollten an den Montagepartner Rex Automobile in Zürich geliefert werden.
Am 09.01.2024 wurde mir von Reifendirekt.ch mitgeteilt, dass sich die Auslieferung voraussichtlich um 3 Tage verzögern werde.
Am 12.01.2024 wurde mir durch Reifendirekt.ch mitgeteilt, dass die Reifen lieferbereit sind.
Am 31.01.2024 hat mir der Montagepartner Rex Automobile mitgeteilt, dass nur 2 statt 4 Winterreifen geliefert wurden.
Die Information habe ich am 01.02.2024 an Reifendirekt.ch weitergegeben (per Eingabemaske auf deren Website). Eine Telefonnummer von Reifendirekt gibt es weder für die Kunden noch die Montagepartner. Von Reifendirekt habe ich keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Am 05.02.2024 habe ich eine Email an den Kundenservice von Reifendirekt geschrieben (kundenservice@delti.com) geschrieben. Auch diese Anfrage blieb bis heute (10.02.2024) unbeantwortet.

Reklamation dauert Monate. Erstattung wurde erst zugesagt, aber nicht überwiesen. Rücksendung der Reifen zum dritten Mal nicht erfolgt. Immer wieder andere Ausreden. Vorsicht!!! Kauf ist ein Glücksspiel…
