Service de commande de pneus incompétent. Après trois appels le call center ne sait pas où sont mes pneus. Impossible de parler avec un responsable au téléphone. Depuis le 13 novembre, personne ne sait quand vont partir mes pneus. Quand je pose des questions sur la livraison, personne ne sait.

Das ist unfassbar . 4 Reife gekauft am 13.11.23 und nie eine eingekommen . Laut lieferstatus sind sie schon am 17.11.23 liefert aber das stimmt nicht.Telefonisch geht niemand erreichen, e-mail antwortet niemand. Ich möchte meine Geld zurück. Winter ist da ohne Winterreifen!!!

Bestellung Ende September, mehrfache Standardantwort "wir haben Ihre Anfragen an die entsprechende Stelle weitergeleitet" auf Lieferanfragen.
Nach 7 Wochen erhielt ich die Nachricht, die Räder seinen bei meiner Garage zugestellt. In Wirklichkeit waren dies aber in Eschbach D.
Ich habe meine Bestellung annulliert und mache mich nun auf die Suche nach Winterräder.
ReifenDirekt.ch war für mich über viele Jahre ein guter Partner. Leider ist die Betonung auf WAR.

Bestellte die letzten Jahren hier meine Sommer-und Winterreifen. Unschlagbar günstig, Termintreu und Qualität Tip Top .
Das Unternehmen ist jedoch offensichtlich in Schieflage geraten und wirkt überfordert. Auf keinen Fall bezahlen Sie ihre Bestellung gegen Vorkasse. Die Zahlungsmoral des Unternehmens ist bereits eben so schlecht wie ihre Liefertreue. Der offshore Kundendienst versteht auch sehr einfache deutsche Sätze nicht. Hier wird offensichtlich versucht den Mindestlohn zu umgehen. Schriftlich wird ausschließlich mit automatisch generierten E-Mails geantwortet.
