Habe am 12.1.25 einen Brother Farblaser Drucker bestellt. (ab Fremdlager). Am 14.1.25 hatte ich das Paket im Haus. Hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Über Service und Support kann ich nichts berichten, da bis jetzt (zum Glück) noch nicht benötigt. Würde hier bei Bedarf sicherlich wieder bestellen.

Guten Tag

Am 15.05.2024 einen Dell Monitor bestellt, welcher am Folgetag den 16.05.2024 um 11:30h geliefert wurde. Zahlung wurde mit KK ohne Gebühren akzeptiert, was leider nicht bei jedem Shop möglich ist.
Insgesamt ein sehr guter Service, da der Artikel auch beim Fremdlager in ausreichender Stückzahl bereitstand.
Service und Support kann ich nicht beurteilen, da noch nicht benötigt.
Shop hat lange Reaktionszeiten beim Zugriff, was aber in unserer Hektikwelt zu verschmerzen ist.

Ordered a GPU and a PSU, unfortunnately they couldn't have the PSU before mid-april, customer support went above and beyond to send the GPU and cancel the PSU. Got a reimboursement very fast!

Ich habe bisher nur eine Bestellung gemacht bei acscomputer, diese lief aber perfekt ab. Bereits am nächsten Tag hatte ich die Ware (eine RTX 4090). Der Preis war mit Abstand der günstigste am Bestelltag.
Man sollte hier beachten, dass dieser Händler kein eigenes Lager hat. Die Lagerbestände sind die der Lieferanten und nicht "live". Wenn man dringend etwas benötigt und der angezeigte Lagerbestand niedrig ist, sollte man sich im Klaren sein, dass das schief gehen kann.

Unter Berücksichtigung dieser Tatsache werde ich ganz sicher wieder hier bestellen.
