Bestellt im Januar für 609.- inkl. Lieferung Lagerbestand 1 dann konnte nicht geliefert werden 3 Monate lang und dann wurde der Auftrag storniert seitens Alternate der Lieferant könnte den Artikle Lego 75313 nicht mehr liefern da er beim Hersteller bald eingestellt wird und nun kommt das Angebot erneut von Alternate für 620.- die Lügen wie gedruckt solche Shops sollten nicht mehr beachtet werden !

They canceled the oder 4 weeks after ordering saying they lost the parcel - when their website said this article is on stock. Most probable reason is it get more expensive (but only +8%) right after I odered it and they didn't want to reduce their margin.

bestellt 09.10.23 und sofort bezahlt. Lieferung erst 26.10.23 (Alle Produkte waren an Lager).
Zustand der Lieferung sehr schlecht, alle Lego Sets wurden in einen grossen Karton geworfen (grosse und kleine) und das ohne irgendeine Luftpolsterung o.ä. Das Resultat: 4 total verdrückte Sets.
Nach Rücksprache mit Kundendienst leider nur Floskeln, nicht kundenfreundlich.
Alternate hat 50 Cent an Verpackung gespart und deshalb einen Kunden verloren, schade.

Alles in Allem muss man sich überlegen, ob man nicht etwas mehr bezahlen will und dafür eine schnelle Lieferung und intakte Produkte erhalten will.

Für mich schlicht inakzeptabel, wenn ein Artikel der angebliche am Lager ist und um 06:18 Uhr bestellt wird, nicht am selben Tag versendet wird. Dann bezahle ich lieber ein paar Franken mehr und hab den Artikel am Folgetag im Briefkasten.
Wenn ich den Zahlungsprozess drei mal neu beginnen muss,, bis die Kreditkarte akzeptiert wird, ist das auch nicht mein Ding.

Alternate.de is has the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I ordered 2 PCs from alternate, but this is the last time I use their business.

I sent back defective parts which they receiverd 3 weeks ago. I called the service lines to see how much longer it will take. They said it's normal for them to take longer than a MONTH to check their own trash parts and I have to wait.

This is after spending hours waiting for them to answer their phone support lines.

I would rather buy PC parts from a crackhead in the street than alternate.de. use alternate only if your time is worth nothing and you have no self respect. They will treat you like sht.
