Zum ersten Mal bei Azone bestellt. Mailanfragen wurden sogar nach Feierabend kompetent beantwortet. Mittwoch angeschrieben. Donnerstag bestellt und Geld per Vorkasse überwiesen. Am Freitag das Gerät zu Haus in Empfang nehmen können. Ich bin begeistert. Weiter so!

Ausschlaggebend für meinen Kauf eines 83"-grossen Fernsehers bei Azone waren der gute Preis (zudem Blackfriday-Deal), die 2 Jahre Pick-Up-Garantie (brauche ich hoffentlich nicht), sowie die sehr guten Bewertungen durch andere Käufer.
Vorgestern Abend hatte ich den TV bestellt und im Bestellprozess gleich mit TWINT bezahlt. Kurze Zeit später erhielt ich schon die Mail, dass der TV zum Versand freigegeben wurde.
Heute morgen wurde der TV durch die Fracht-CH-Post angeliefert, der Fahrer hatte 20 Minuten vorher durchgeklingelt und dann als ob es selbstverständlich wäre beim Tragen des TV ins Wohnzimmer geholfen. Ich schaue im Moment auf den grossen TV-Karton und bin mit der Abwicklung durch Azone sehr zufrieden. Einzig der Bestellstatus im Shopsystem hinkt der Realität hinterher, womit ich sehr gut leben kann ;-)

Sehr guter Kundenservice. Beim Spediteur ging meine TV-Lieferung verloren. Während dieser nach dem Paket suchte, hat azone bereits eine zweite Lieferung versandt. So musste ich nicht lange warten und habe obendrauf noch die teurere Version vom TV erhalten
