Der Esstisch wurde defekt geliefert. Wir sind jedoch direkt nach der Lieferung verreist und haben den Defekt erst nach unserer Rückkehr (3 Tage später) entdeckt und sofort gemeldet. Der Kundendienst zeigte wenig Kulanz. Nun zahlen wir einen Aufpreis für die Ersatztischplatte und müssen die alte selbst entsorgen. Wir haben kein Auto und die Tischplatte ist so gross, dass sie nicht in ein normales Auto passt. Zudem werden wir neben dem Zeitaufwand auch die Kosten für die Entsorgung selbst tragen müssen. Wir sind äusserst unzufrieden mit diesem Service und werden bestimmt keine weiteren Einkäufe mehr bei Beliani tätigen.
