Ich habe in einer Aktion einen Napoleon-Gasgrill zu einem TOP-Preis bei camping-outdoorshop.de bestellt. Der Artikel kam aus Deutschland, wo die Firma ihren Sitz hat. Die Verzollung und Lieferung erfolgte nach persönlichem Mailkontakt an dem Tag, den wir vereinbart hatten. Ich kann den Händler, der immer wieder Aktionen und ein grosses Sortiment hat, sehr empfehlen.

Die Bestellung wurde ohne Probleme in der angegebenen Zeit in der Schweiz zugestellt. Ich sehr Zufrieden und ich werde in der Zukunft nochmals Bestellen.

Ich hatte keine Kontakt mit den Kundenservice, aber die Interaktion mit der Transportfirma war sehr angenehm.
