Der Kundendienst behauptet die Ware sei versendet anscheinend sei die Adresse falsch. Retour sein nichts gekommen.
Fakt ist die Adresse ist absolut korrekt, Ware ist nie angekommen. Auch nach Nachfrage wurde mir keine Trackingnummer bekannt gegeben resp. ein Beweis erbracht das die Ware versendet wurde. Habe jetzt mein Geld zurück gefordert denke aber das auch da nichts kommt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Ware haben Sie auf Grund einer fehlerhaften c/o-Adresse nicht erhalten. Bei c/o-Adressen muss der Namen des Empfängers auf dem Briefkasten stehen. Sie haben den Betrag inzwischen aus Kulanz zurück erhalten während die Abklärungen bei der Post noch laufen.
