This shop was not recommended.
I needed to buy some label printers for work. I searched here on toppreise for the model I wanted and asked an offer directly to the shop. The price they offered was higher than the price listed here on toppreise. After pointing that out to the supplier, we didn't receive any information. I made the order directly on their website, and I noticed that Drucker-Schweiz and ComAttack are exactly the same shop, but with different prices.
We had to pay in advance via online banking, and then we waited and waited and waited. After 6 weeks we asked to cancel the order and refund the money back. The order was canceled 1 month ago but the refund never arrived.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass dieser Kunde unzufrieden ist. Es gibt uns seit 1991, in der Schweiz sind wir seit 2001. Wir haben eine riesige Referenzliste, wer bei uns einkauft.
