Trotz wiederholter Kontaktaufnahmen und der Vorlage aller erforderlichen Dokumente hat Easycosmetic meine Rückerstattung nicht bearbeitet. Es ist enttäuschend, dass ich gezwungen war, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten, um mein Geld zurückzuerhalten. Ein solcher Umgang mit Kunden ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich rate jedem, vorsichtig zu sein, bevor er hier einkauft.

Je rencontre un problème bloquant alors que je tente de commander deux parfums car, à ce qu'il semble, mon pays de livraison ne correspond pas au pays d'achat (???). N'arrivant pas à résoudre le problème j'appelle leur prétendu service client, le message d'accueil se répète en boucle et je n'arrive à joindre personne. Même lorsque je prends la peine de leur écrire, je reçois une réponse qui peut être résumée comme suit : nous ne pouvons pas vous aider. Inacceptable !

Habe einen alten Duft-Klassiker von D&G bestellt Pour Homme EDT Menge 200ml - leider erneut über DPD. Nach ca. 14 Tagen ging ich zum Abholpunkt > keine Ware angekommen. DPD hat in falsches Treppenhaus bzw. Privat! geliefert. Dann Rennerei und Wartezeit für Abklärung....wochenlang! Duft nicht mal am "Horizont" zu erkennen....schrecklich :-(( Gehe wieder in das Geschäft.
