Je suis client de ce magasin depuis 2012. Mon dernier achat (un Oneplus 12 1Tb) a une fois encore été un vrai plaisir. C'est la seule boutique en Suisse à proposer cet appareil. Certes, on peut l'acheter en Chine, mais bonjour pour faire valoir la garantie. C'est indéniablement le plus en l'achetant chez Evenshop

premiere chose je recois un modele sans propre chargeur mais avec un adapteur . ils me contacte , ils m'evoye un bon charger mais avec un cable oneplus intulisable ( usb C des 2 cotes) .
ensuite le modele est CHINOIS ... SANS POSSIBILITEE DE UTILISER LA ESIM SUR LE PORTABLE.
PRIX INFERIEUR OUI MAIS PAS BON POUR L'EUROPE !!!

Monsieur, la satisfaction est notre priorité. c'est pourquoi, nous vous avons contacté très rapidement après réception de la commande pour vous demander ce qui ne vous convenait pas. Vous aviez à ce moment-là la possibilité de nous renvoyer l'appareil. Chose que vous n'avez pas faite. Ensuite, vous avez mis plus d'un mois pour répondre à un autre email pour trouver une solution. Evidemment que le délai de rétractation était dépassé. Je vous ai proposé encore une remise de prix que vous avez déclinée. Je vous ai ensuite demandé ce qu'on pouvait faire concrètement pour vous aider. Nous n'avons pas eu de réponse. Bref, nous ne sommes pas parfaits. mais nous trouvons toujours une solution pour que le client soit satisfait. Il y a cependant une condition à cela, c'est que le client le veuille.

Effectué 2 commandes distinctes du même smartphone : délais peu clair (je n'ai appris qu'après coup que c'était de l'import sans aucun stock en Suisse). J'aurai évalué encore mieux si une date même légèrement approximative était fournie avant commande. Du coup, environ 4 semaines pour être livré. Après plusieurs contacts pour savoir où cela en était, Stéphane m'a à chaque fois répondu très rapidement et sur ces 2 commandes séparées dans le temps, à chaque fois il m'a promis une livraison à une date très précise et en express. Promesses tenues et sur l'une de mes commandes, après réclamation pour le délais peu clair, j'ai même eu un geste commercial (mais j'ai du le demander). Le matériel est le bon et parfaitement fonctionnel pour l'instant. En bref je recommande, surtout au vu des tarifs très très compétitifs (surtout pour les Oneplus 12).

Great prices, assortments but very long delivery times

While the store has a great assortment and very competitive prices the downside is that you could have to wait weeks and weeks (in my case close to 90 days) to get your order delivered with no indication on the website of any delivery estimation if the item is on stock at the supplier

The web site will have only the status 'paid' and that's it. Other competitors make it clear using multiple status updates : ordered from supplier, shipped from supplier , estimated delivery 30 days, etc

After 30 days and no proactive communication I honestly started to wonder if this was a scam (but trusted their presence on toppreise)

Every time I was contacting the store (I get the feeling is a small company so all reply come from the owner) the reply was almost always to be delivered next week , instead no delivery/communication for 2 weeks and when I was yet again sending a new email..same reply next week etc

Anyway finally got my order and the status changed to 'shipped'

Lieferfrist sehr viel länger als angegeben. Der Händler weist zwar auf eine verlängerte Frist hin, aber diese ist nicht realistisch.
Auf Rückfrage hin wird nicht geantwortet. Das ist aber abhängig mit welchem Medium angefragt wird.

Beim Preis ist der Shop unschlagbar. Es braucht aber viel Geduld bis die Ware ankommt. Möglicherweise wäre ein Hinweis auf die ungefähre Lieferdauer hilfreich. Es wird leider nur angegeben "Am Lager beim Lieferanten". Antworten auf Fragen erfolgen schnell, wenn sie auch nicht immer hilfreich sind. Für mich ist der Shop trotz extrem langer Lieferfrist eine Empfehlung wert.

I keep my promise to Mr. Sebastien and will share my experience with his Evenshop since he did not resolve my issue to my satisfaction and I want people to think twice before ordering from this webshop.
13.12.2023 I order a case for my Oneplus 9. Since I do not hear anything for 14 days I send an email to ask when my item will be shipped. I do not get any reaction. Jan 8th 2024 I send another message via whatapp asking again when I can expect a shipment, this is almost 1 month after I made my order. Two days later, Jan 10th, I receive a shipment message with appologies. I also receive a message that the case I ordered is not available anymore. The webshop at that moment still advertises that it is On Stock! Why?
Anyway a carbon case is proposed as alternative, which I accept as I need a case for my phone urgently now. Only on Jan 29th 2024 I finally receive a package after paying import fees of 27 Euro on top of the item price of 34euro.
For that price I receive a carbon cover in a previously opened and not new looking packaging. After taking the cover out of the package I find out that it does not fit my phone. Researching it I find out that it is a cover for a Oneplus 9R which cannot be used on the Oneplus 9. I am now left with a cover that does not fit my phone and that costed me 61euro! I contact Sebastien and ask him to rectify his mistake by paying me back the full money lost. In the end he pays me back the cost of the item, approx 34euro leaving me still with a loss of 27euro due to his mistake and incapability to treat a customer with respect. This is Feb5th 2024, two months after my order. At that time the item I ordered is still for sale and on stock on the wbeshop, leaving still the opportunity for people to order it and get dissappointed later! Today, March 3th it is removed apparently but the carbon version, which he propoesed to me and he can apparently neither deliver, is still for sale and claimed to be on stock. To me this is not serious and folling potential buyers. I rest my case.

Das bestellte Produkt entspricht den Erwartungen und Anforderungen. Was die Lieferung und den Support betrifft, sollte transparenter und schneller informieret werden, da sonst schnell der Eindruck eines Betrugs entstehen könnte.
Da die Geräte direkt importiert werden, können Lieferungen durchaus bis zu 4 oder mehr Wochen dauern. Sonst aber soweit in Ordnung.

Ich muss meine Bewertung vom 25. Januar korrigieren : inzwischen habe ich das Gerät doch erhalten. Es sei zunächst irrtümlich an eine andere Adresse geschickt worden, war die Begründung für die Verzögerung. Es scheint ihm doch sehr peinlich zu sein, denn er gab noch einige Goodies mit ins Packet. Ich habe das Pixel 8 Pro auf Malware geprüft und es ist ok. Jetzt bin ich happy.
Ich habe die Bestellabwicklung als ungenügend bewertet, weil meine Auftragsübersicht mir keinen Hinweis dazu liefert, ob der Händler aktuell über das Gerät verfügt oder es noch anderswo beschafft wird und auch wann die Bestellung voraussichtlich versandt wird.
Ich habe Service und Support als ungenügend bewertet, weil zwei von zwei Anfragen unbeantwortet blieben, was mich persönlich sehr verunsichert hat.
Wenn ich genau weiss, was ich will und es hier wieder 20 % (!) günstiger finde als bei der Konkurrenz, dann werde ich es wieder hier bestellen.

Bonjour, je comprends votre mécontentement. Néanmoins, il était clairement indiqué sur notre site, que les commandes pouvaient prendre du temps et que les délais impératifs devaient être fixés avant la commande. Comme je vous l'ai dit par Chat, l'article sera chez-vous ce jeudi. Je conçois que le délai soit long, mais il n'y a pas de miracles. Si nous proposons des tarifs inférieurs c'est justement parce que nous ne stockons par la marchandise. Cela peut donc avoir un incidence sur les délais de livraison.

So, I finally got my hands on the Huawei Mate X3 after ordering it on October 23, 2023. The whole process, though, was a bit of a mixed bag.

First off, the lack of automated updates on my order was a bit annoying. I had to constantly bug Sébastien from customer support to get any info on what's happening. Like, seriously, a little heads-up about potential delays would've saved me some unnecessary stress.

Props to Sébastien, though. Despite the supplier dragging their feet, he came through. He threw in a 50.- CHF discount as an apology, which was a nice touch. And when the damn thing finally showed up on November 22, he even included a universal power supply adapter since I went for the Chinese version.

Overall, ordering from these guys is cool, but they seriously need to step up their communication game. Just a heads-up to anyone eyeing a Huawei Mate X3—you might be waiting for that package for a good 2-3 weeks. Keep Sébastien's number on speed dial, just in case.

Habe am 19. September 2023 ein neues Google Pixel bestellt und sofort per Banküberweisung bezahlt, Lieferung stand auf "grün", ab Lager bei Lieferanten. Am 29. September, 5. Oktober und 27. Oktober nach dem Liefertermin gefragt, es hiess immer "bald" oder "nächste Woche". Obschon das Modell in dieser Farbe immer noch bestellbar ist im Shop, hiess es, diese Farbe sei nicht lieferbar, ob es auch in einer anderen Farbe geliefert werden könne. Am 10. November (!) wurde ein Produkt in schmutziger und offensichtlich bereits geöffneter Verpackung mit Elastic, ohne Versiegelung geliefert.
