Foto Marlin Basel GmbH hatte ein wirklich interessantes Angebot und ich brauchte das Nikon-Objektiv für einen Fotoauftrag.
Am tag vor der Bestellung war das Objektiv verfügbar und zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung hies es bei Lieferzeit "bis zu 2 Wochen".
OK ich war genügend früh dran und die 2 Wochen Lieferzeit sollten reichen. Sie verstrichen und ich fasste nach und erhielt einen Rückruf "das Objektiv kann nicht termingerecht geliefert werden".
Ich musste für den Auftrag einen Ersatz beschaffen.
Am 05.03. hatte ich bestellt und am 26.04.2023 wurde geliefert.
Die ganze Zeit hiess es auf Toppreise.ch Lieferzeit "bis zu 2 Wochen".
Auf meine weiteren E-Mails ging Foto Marlin Basel GmbH nicht ein und ich erhielt keine Antworten.
