Schlechte Erfahrung mit Goodform – Keine Kundenorientierung

Unsere Erfahrung mit Goodform war leider durchweg enttäuschend. Wir hatten den L&C Stendal Akiro Tisch bestellt und mussten erhebliche Mängel feststellen:
1. Falsche Farbe: Die gelieferte Farbe weicht massiv von der Darstellung im Online-Shop ab.
2. Mangelnde Qualität: Die Tischplatte wirkt billig, obwohl wir einen erheblichen Aufpreis für eine hochwertige Ausführung bezahlt haben.
3. Extrem lange Lieferzeit: Der Tisch wurde mit über drei Monaten Verspätung geliefert, ohne dass wir proaktiv informiert wurden. Wir mussten ständig nachfragen, um überhaupt Antworten zu erhalten.

Als wir diese Probleme reklamierten, hat Goodform jegliche Verantwortung von sich geschoben und die Schuld auf den Hersteller abgewälzt. Eine zufriedenstellende Lösung oder Kulanz – wie z. B. ein Preisnachlass – wurde uns nicht angeboten. Stattdessen erlebten wir einen unkooperativen und wenig kundenorientierten Service.

Fazit: Wir werden definitiv nie wieder bei Goodform einkaufen und raten auch anderen davon ab. Schlechter Kundenservice, lange Lieferzeiten und mangelnde Qualität – absolut nicht empfehlenswert!

Deliverey confirmed, delivered on the wring date. Item damaged amd no response from company. Customer service is below swiss standars which are notoriously low.
Do not buy anything from them!!!
