In der Bestellbestätigung wie auch in meinem Interdiscount Konto wird die Zahlungsgebühr Monatsrechnung mit 0.00 CHF ausgewiesen.
Entgegen dieser schriftlichen Vereinbarung wird später eine Zahlungsgebühr von 1.80 CHF zusätzlich verlangt. Auf den Missstand hingewiesen antwortet Interdiscount über zwei Wochen nicht.
Dieses Geschäftsgebahren ist widerwärtig und widerspricht Schweizer Recht.

Freute mich gerade, dass es 25% bei Toner gibt und wurde schwer enttäuscht. Die 25% sind nicht auf den normalen Preis sondern auf den viel höheren UVP. Da die meisten Shops so schon nahe bei dem vergünstigten Preis sind, ist das reine Augenwischerei. Sehr enttäuschend und wieder ein Beweis, dass Interdiscounts Preispolitik katastrophal ist.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit unserem Angebot nicht zufrieden sind. Das Rabattangebot war auf dem normalen Preis. Der Rabatt von 25 % war bereits abgezogen und somit war unser Angebot deutlich billiger.
