Purchased a discounted PS5, Logitech steering wheel and Gran Tourismo game online for an xmas present on Black Friday 2023. PS5 and wheel arrived quickly with game being promised last in November. Got a further email to say the game will be delayed to early Dec. Now we have a email to say the game will not be delivered and there is no delivery date and to call customer service for cancellation of the game if needed. This means the Christmas present is unusable without the game and yet it does exist in the shops, this is just an online issue. They should not be selling products they do not have stock for, letting customers down just before Christmas whilst leaving the same product now on the shelves at the normal price. Waiting to hear .. if it is not resolved all items will be returned and Interdiscount have lost a loyal customer .. there's enough competitors in Digitec, Microspot, Fust, Brack, Mediamarkt to go elsewhere.

QUICKPAP: ungenügend

Lieferung durch Quickpac ist (zum wiederholten Mal) ungenügend. Paket wurde irgendwo im Eingangsbereich eines Wohnblocks mit 150 Wohnungen deponiert, obwohl das Paket in den Milchkasten gehört. Die Adressierung hat genau Auskunft gegeben, in welches Fach das Paket gehört.
Bitte auf Lieferung per POST umstellen, die Post schafft eine Lieferung bis vor die persönliche Wohnungstür im 21. Stock!!
Ware ist sonst tiptop

J'ai bénéficié d'une belle offre lors du Single Day sur un moniteur Apple.

Processus de commande bon. Par contre, il est difficile d'avoir un aperçu rapide de tous les modèles d'un article, car ils sont disposés en ligne avec le même libellé (obligation de cliquer sur chaque modèle pour voir le détail - exemple avec le nouveau MacBook Pro 2023)

Réception de mon colis le jour ouvrable suivant.
