Ein Konkurrent wollte mich für das Produkt mit 2 Wochen Lieferzeit abspeisen. Habe hier bestellt und mein Produkt 24 Std. später erhalten. Besser geht nun wirklich nicht und das Produkt ist einfach nur top!!! Vielen Dank

Ich warte schon die ganze woche auf mein paket. Habe X mails an quickpack schon gsschrieben aber man bekommt allles nur aufgeschoben, bald ist freitag und ich hätte schon seid spätestens mittwoch mein artikle gebraucht, die lieferung via quick pack ist eine reine katastrofe, sehr sehr sehr unzufrieden, werde nie mehr online bestellen solange inter discount mit quick pack liefert.

Alles super, aber die Lieferung mit QuickPack ist eine Katastrophe. Da kann zwar Interdiscount Nichts dafür aber ich empfehle nicht mit QuickPack zu liefern. Ist übrigens nicht das erste mal dass die Zustellung mit QuickPack Problem bereitet.

Lieferung schnell aber sehr Umwelt unfreundlich. ich habe 2 Artikel zusammen bestellt, beide kommen mit separater Anlieferung bei mir zu Hause an obwohl beide Pakete den selben Absender haben.
Das ginge bestimmt besser und die hätten locker in einem kleineren Karton platz gehabt.
1. Lieferung mit Quickpak 2. Lieferung mit Post (Paket war sehr nass)

deshalb für Lieferung nur 2 Punkte

Leider schaffen es die Supportmitarbeiter trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung nicht, Artikel welche schon seit mindestens 1 Monat nicht mehr lieferbar sind, aus dem Shop zu entfernen. Stattdessen werden Vergleichsseiten wie Toppreise.ch verfälscht indem ein zu tiefer Preis für einen nicht mehr lieferbaren Artikel angezeigt wird.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie mit unserem Service nicht zufrieden sind.
Es kann gut möglich sein, dass ein Artikel nicht lieferbar ist. Diese Artikeln werden aber nicht vom Shop entfernt, da man diese trotzdem beim Lieferanten nachbestellen kann. Der Kunde kann bei diesen Artikeln auf der Website überprüfen, wann man mit der Lieferung rechnen kann. Falls es eine Lieferverzögerung gibt, wird der Kunde rechtzeitig per Mail informiert.
Interdiscount verfälscht nicht andere Websites wie Toppreise.ch. Dazu haben wir gar keinen Einfluss.

Trotz Bezahlung via TWINT keine Rückmeldung des Kundendienstes
Am Sonntag 16.7 im Internetshop einen Artikel bestellt und via TWINT bezahlt aber weder Bestellbestätigung noch sonst etwas erhalten. Bis heute Donnerstag (4 Tage) nur eine Reaktion des Kundendienstes - Wir werden uns um Ihr Anliegen kümmern - das wars! Absolut keine Reaktion auf weitere Anfragen… versuche nun wenigstens mein Geld wieder zu bekommen… hoffe das klappt bei dem Kundendienst…. leider keine Empfehlung!
