In meinem Fall höchst unkompliziert. Kommunikation, korrektes Produkt, originalverpackt und versiegelt, super Preis, am Sonntag bestellt und am Dienstag mittag erhalten (OK, gleicher Kanton). Jetzt gilt es vielleicht noch, das Layout der Homepage etwas cleaner zu gestalten (Geschmacksache) und eine Versandbestätigung per Web einzuführen. Agilität ist alles. Weiter so, internet.ch ! Über Service kann ich keine Aussage machen.

Je suis deçu que j'ai commandé de erreur une carte de mère, j'ai demandé l'échanger autre carte de mère, il a refusé. comme un boîte de neuf sans ouvrir ! je suis triste de perdu l'argent.

Als Kunde bin ich äußerst enttäuscht von dem Service des Unternehmens. Die Hotline ist kostenpflichtig, was ich als unverschämt empfinde, da ich bereits für die Produkte bezahlt habe. Zudem wurden mir falsche Patronen geliefert, doch anstatt sie zu ersetzen, wurde mir keine Lösung angeboten. Keine Rückerstattung wurde angeboten, obwohl ich klare Beweise für die falsche Lieferung vorlegen konnte. Der Kundenservice ist inakzeptabel und ich werde meine Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann diesen Shop nur empfehlen! Als ich die Zahlungsinfos nicht erhalten hatte und die Lieferung sich auf Grund der Post verzögerte, wurde ich auf meine Mails schnell und kompetent informiert und die Probleme wurden umgehend behoben. Preislich und administrativ absolut Top!

Um die 3% Skonto zu erhalten muss die Ware per Voruskasse bezahlt werden, muss Garantiefälle direkt mit dem Hersteller abwickeln, hat keine Transportversicherung und muss mit einer langen Lieferfrist rechnen. War für mich alles OK, also bestellt.
Einen Tag später kam die Mail es sei ein Preisfehler gewesen (war nur marginal günstifer als der zweite). Ich könne Stornieren oder den neuen Preis (+8%) bezahlen. Also Storniert und werde nie wieder hier bestellen.
