Ich habe Bohnenstangen 2,50 m Online Bestellt, die werden an meine Adresse geschickt.
Wäre es nicht besser sie würden an Jumbo Allschwil geschickt wo ich sie abholen kann. Ich wohne in einem Wohnblock. Onlinepreis zum Ladenpreis etwas hoch.

I purchased a gazebo from this shop, but my experience has been deeply disappointing. Within less than two years, the product broke in several places, rendering it unusable. The initial issue was with the support hooks. When I reached out to Jumbo for replacements, they asked me to dismantle and ship the entire gazebo for warranty replacement, which seemed unreasonable. After insisting, they sent the new hooks. However, during the replacement process, I discovered that two support beams were also broken. When I requested these parts, I was told they couldn't send them because the product was no longer in stock, despite their website showing 987 units available in the warehouse. This experience reflects poorly on the shop's customer service and product quality. I advise caution to potential buyers.

Seit des Zusammenschlusses von Jumbo mit Bauundhobby hat leider Bauundhobby die hohen Preise und den schlechten Service von Jumbo übernommen. Geschweide die nicht funktionierende Webseite. Schade.

One of my worst experience ordering online. A mess.
First the online store to this date is riddled with wrong informations, bugs, and overall messy design choices.

Then, my order delivered with Meyer Logistik took 6 emails to re-schedule: They simply would ignore me until it became ridiculous. Just frustrating

"Bequem nach Hause liefern lassen. Sofort verfügbar. 2 Stück verfügbar."

Dann erhalte ich eine Mail, dass "ein oder mehrere Artikel nicht in unserem Hauptlager verfügbar sind und zuerst beschafft werden müssen."

Was soll das? Den Angaben auf der Website kann man nicht glauben und der Kunde wird in die Irre geführt. Wenn Sie was bei Jumbo kaufen wollen, dann machen Sie das auf keinen Fall online.
