Es wurde automatisch eine alte Adresse als Lieferadresse genommen anstatt die aktuelle - was für die meisten Webshops üblich ist. Da habe ich den Fehler gemacht, auch wenn das Algorithmus unlogisch aufgebaut ist. Aber der Versuch, hier etwas zu ändern bzw. stornieren, klappt nicht. Ich habe auf der Webseite gefunden, dass ich stornieren soll und dann neu bestellen kann. Nur funktioniert die Webseite gar nicht. Alles ausgefüllt, und es hängt auf. Ich habe es auf zwei verschiedene Browser probiert, ohne Erfolg. Leider schafft es Coop nicht, anständige Apps und Webseiten zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei anderen Anbietern habe ich keine Probleme - aber bei Coop ständig.

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von meiner Erfahrung mit JUMBO. Ich habe eine defekte Duschbrause retourniert, aber die Rückerstattung war unvollständig. Die Kommunikation war langsam und unzureichend. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Service unzufrieden und werde hier nicht wieder einkaufen.

Grill mit Aufbauservice bestellt (40.- extra), Grill wurde einfach vor der Türe deponiert ohne Meldung und nicht Aufgebaut. Nach mehreren erfolglosen Anfragen bei der Hotline via Telefon und Email habe ich aufgegeben, nie wieder Jumbo Online Shop!
