Unkomplizierte und freundliche Bestellung/Abwicklung. Top Preis-Leistung. Einzig die Aussage, dass das Gerät innert 4 Tagen eingebaut werden könne, stimmte nicht. Elektrolux hatte den nächsten freien Termin erst in 2 Wochen. Da das alte Kochfeld noch teilweise funktionierte, war das nicht so schlimm. Hier wäre eine Abstimmung vom Merx Support mit Elektrolux sicher hilfreich. Jedenfalls bestelle ich das nächste Küchengerät wieder bei Merx. Ein professionelles und dynamisches Unternehmen.
