Kann mich den Kommentaren unten nur anschliessen. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice. Ein Teil der Lieferung wurde aufgrund von Lieferengpässen storniert und der Rest wurde dann ebenfalls ohne Vorwarnung storniert. Es wurde behauptet man hätte auf eine E-Mail antworten sollen, dabei stand in dieser E-Mail ausdrücklich, wenn man nicht antworte werde die Bestellung verschickt. Keine Entschuldigung oder Wiedergutmachung des Fehlers. Mein Neffe wird sehr enttäuscht sein, dass er sein Weihnachtsgeschenk nicht erhält. So einen schlechten Service habe ich selten erlebt. Nie wieder!
