Der Servicemonteur war sehr zuvorkommend aber es fehlten ihm Instruktionen und Informationen vonseiten des Büros. Widersprüchliche Behauptungen der Administration aufgrund meines Reklamationsmails. Ich musste bei der Montage aushelfen mit Material und meinem Fachwissen!

äusserst gutes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis. Am Donnerstagmorgen bestellt, am darauffolgenden Freitag war der Gefrierschrank geliefert und am Mittag konnte die "noch" eingefrorene Ware des defekten Gefrierschrank gezügelt werden. Einwandfreie. Kann Nettoland nur empfehlen, Service und Beratung perfekt und zuvorkommend.

Neuer Geschirrspüler von V-Zug am Montag online bestellt. Liefertermin im Voraus telefonisch auf Ende Woche bestätigt. Bereits am Donnerstag Vormittag wurde das Gerät von einem sehr freundlichen Monteur geliefert und speditiv montiert. TOP: Bestellablauf, Lieferfrist, Montage - und der Preis unschlagbar. Leider habe ich keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Zuerst wurde der Liefertermin kurzfristig verschoben. Bei der Bestellung stand Lieferung 1-3 Tage, schlussendlich waren es 7 Tage (bei einem kaputten Kühlschrank schon entscheidend). Dann wurde der gekaufte Kühlschrank nicht fertig montiert. Es wurde mir versprochen, dass ich umgehend einen neuen Termin bekomme. Nach einer Woche habe ich telefonisch nachgefragt. Ich wollte nur einen neuen Termin vereinbaren. Der Service und Support ist unfreundlich und sie lassen den Kunden nicht ausreden. Nachdem ich alles erklären durfte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich ein Mail schreiben soll?!? Auf meine Frage warum, ich brauche doch nur einen neuen Termin, wurde mir das Telefon aufgehängt...als ich erneut angerufen habe, erklärt mir eine andere Person, dass sie nun plötzlich doch Bescheid wissen, es aber noch abklären müssen...wieder werde ich ständig unterbrochen und forsch angegangen. Bei anderen Shops ist der zahlende Kunde König, hier offensichtlich gar nicht…übrigens ich musste dann nochmals 12 Tag auf den neuen Termin warten. Montagezeit fast 1 Monat!?!! Das braucht niemand - Hände weg von diesem Shop.

Ihre Bewertung weisen wir zurück. Eine Bewertung sollte ehrlich, konstruktiv und korrekt sein, dies ist hier nicht der Fall.
Die Lieferfrist ist in unserem Shop wie folgt ausgewiesen:
Wird beim Lieferanten bestellt. Versandfertig in der Regel innert 3-5 Werktagen
Sobald der Artikel bei uns eintrifft, wird die Lieferung eingeplant.

Eine Lieferung nach 7 Tagen ist völlig in Ordnung.

Da Sie schon die Liefertermine falsch interpretiert haben, erstaunt es auch nicht, dass Sie das falsche Modell bestellt haben. Dies wird in der Bewertung natürlich nicht erwähnt, ist ja auch peinlich.

Der Kühlschrank bestehend aus zwei Türen, hatte unterschiedlich hohe Türen. Ein präzises Ausmessen durch Sie hätte diesen Fehler schon mal verhindert. Unser «Shop» kann nicht wissen, wie es bei Ihnen zu Hause aussieht.

Aus diesem Grund konnte das Gerät nur in die Nische hineingeschoben werden und die Montage nicht komplettiert werden.

Es wäre an Ihnen gelegen,
- ein neues passendes Modell zu wählen
- passende Türen bei Ihrem Küchenbauer zu bestellen

Statt die richtige Lösung gegen einen Mehrpreis zu wählen. Wurden wir zwei Wochen später aufgefordert, die 2 Möbeltüren miteinander zu verbinden. Was energietechnisch völliger Blödsinn ist, da bei jeder Öffnung des Gerätes auch der Tiefkühler geöffnet wird.

«Hände weg von diesem Shop»

Zeigt den Frust über die eigenen Unzulänglichkeiten. Sie haben nun das fehlerhafte Konstrukt tagtäglich vor Augen, dafür können Sie jedoch nicht Anderen die Schuld geben.

Kunde ist König --- bitte «beehren» Sie bei der nächsten Bestellung einen unserer Konkurrenten.

Absolut unprofessionell, unfreundlich und in jeder Beziehung unanständig. Auf eine sachliche Anfrage beim Kundendienst hin wird man am Tel “abgeputzt”. Bestellte Ware wurde einfach einseitig storniert. Nie wieder.

Hatte Anfang Mai 2023 einen Weinkühler bestellt mit Lieferung zwingend bis 31.05.2023. Nachdem mir der Liefertermin bestätigt wurde hat es kurz vor dem Liefertermin angefangen… Der Liefertermin wurde jede Woche wieder um eine Woche verschoben. Auf meine Beanstandungen kam nur die Aussage, man habe keinen Einfluss auf die Liefertermine der Hersteller. Sorry, aber für mich ist das ungenügendes Lieferantenmanagement! Nach der 4. Verschiebung in den Juli habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Ich muss Nettoland zugute halten, dass sie die Bestellung anstandslos storniert und den Betrag rückerstattet haben.

Sie hatten die Lieferzeit für das Modell La Sommeliere CTV85 angefragt. Das Modell wurde durch Sie dann geändert.
Sie haben das Modell La Sommelièr CTV178 bestellt. Natürlich kann es vorkommen das verschiedene Geräte unterschiedliche Lieferzeiten haben.
Auf die Liefertermine haben wir leider keinen Einfluss.
